My approach

Traditional Chinese medicine is unlike many forms of healthcare in that it addresses long term life styles changes in addition to hands-on care. This is one of the reasons it is so successful! No matter what condition you are being treated for, we will always begin addressing the four pillars of health: Nutrition, Movement, Nervous System, Sleep

These pillars are foundational to good health. If one area is in need, the others will feel it too. Everything in the body is connected and interdependent.

My approach is collaborative and requires your input and commitment. I will help you develop a toolkit that will support your health in times of flare up and nervous system strain. My role is to act as a guide and support while you explore these areas of your health. I will also call in additional resources from trusted providers when needed.
