Cosmetic Acupuncture
If you’ve been looking to enhance your skin but don’t feel aligned with conventional methods, you’re in the right place.
Whether it’s the cost, potential side effects, or associated risks, there are many reasons someone might choose to avoid Botox, fillers, facelifts, and other invasive cosmetic procedures.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the focus is on stimulating your body’s own vitality to create a youthful glow. This holistic approach supports not only skin health, but also overall well-being. It can improve sleep quality, boost energy levels, and enhance the body’s resilience to stress — all while promoting a clear, healthy complexion.
Cosmetic acupuncture is ideal for those seeking a subtle, natural look with whole-body benefits.

An acupuncture facial is a specialized treatment that uses traditional acupuncture techniques to enhance the health and appearance of your skin. It works by stimulating circulation, promoting collagen production, and balancing internal systems that can affect your complexion. Please note this is not like a traditional facial. There is no steam, clean or extractions.
-

Acupuncture needles are inserted into the muscles of the face and underneath fine lines and wrinkles causing micro-trauma. This stimulates your immune system to repair the area with collagen and elastin. Collagen and elastin are naturally occurring proteins found in connective tissue that provide strength and structure to the skin. The needles also stimulate circulation in the face and help release tension in muscles that can contribute to the formation of lines.

Results last 3-5 years depending on lifestyle habits. It is critical to protect your skin from sun damage and continue to address stress, sleep and nutrition in the years following your treatment. Maintenance treatments are recommended quarterly, bi monthly or monthly depending on your skin concerns.
-
Acupuncture on the body to reduce stress, tension and address any underlying imbalances or deficiencies that may be impacting your skin
Cosmetic acupuncture points on the face to brighten and plump the skin, reduce acne/redness and soften fine lines and wrinkles
FDA-cleared Celluma LED light therapy with blue and red light technology to aid in resolving acne and boosting collagen while you rest
Soothing gua sha and cupping facial massage to sculpt, lift and smooth the skin.

Collagen and elastin do not form overnight. It takes consistent micro-trauma for the body to produce enough to see fine lines, wrinkles, sagging, and scarring improve. We recommend a series of 12 treatments over 2-3 months, with twice a week being optimal.

Cosmetic acupuncture results can be remarkable, and the best part is, there's no synthetic chemicals, no anesthesia and little to no recovery time. This holistic and natural approach is often what draws clients to this form of skincare. Cosmetic acupuncture is not analogous to botox, face lift or other surgical cosmetic procedures. Results take time to produce because we are stimulating your body's own collagen response and working with lifestyle changes. In Traditional Chinese Medicine we understand it is impossible to completely stop the aging process. Our intention in this approach is to stimulate graceful aging while encouraging a relationship with self that honors this natural lifelong transition.

After your initial treatment you’ll be given a customized treatment plan. This includes everything from lifestyle recommendations to nutrition and supplementation. Results drastically improve when the whole body is addressed because your skin is a direct reflection of internal health. In order to have glowing skin, the foundations of health and vitality must be supported: sleep, nutrition, nervous system and exercise. Your involvement at home impacts the outcome of this procedure. We work with you throughout your treatments to support you in lifestyle adjustments.
